Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced sales representative to support our business development team. This position relies on building relationships and converting the knowledge you have gained from opportunities into sales.  The ideal candidate is a natural-born extrovert passionate about developing and maintaining working relationships with clients and potential clients. In addition, candidates should be dedicated, highly motivated, enthusiastic communicators, skilled in listening and investigating to determine the needs of prospective clients. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve growth by establishing new accounts through planning and organizing daily work schedule to identify prospective clients, lead generation and other trade factors.

  • Create, plan, adjusts and deliver content of presentations, documentation, or materials highlighting the products and services of the organization.

  • Tracks all sales activities in company system and keep current by updating account information daily.

  • Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating prices and terms of contract with clients and assist in preparing sales agreements; ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards,

  • Conduct well-prepared virtual or face to face meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs

  • Ensure that client needs are met through prioritizing the requirements and seeking feedback on company’s performance.

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.

  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, etc.

  • Provides historical information by maintaining records on customer sales.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years sales experience

  • Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships/business developments in healthcare, telecommunications, or property management.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Collaborated in a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
